Notice to travelers
Due to unforeseen maintenance works to be conducted by RFI (Italian Railway Network), some trains arriving into Milano Centrale railway station will be delayed by a few minutes from 26/8 to 7/11 inclusive.
Here is a list of the trains affected.

New Italo Real Time
Italo Real Time, the service that provides Italo travellers with information about the status of train services and traffic conditions, is now available also from a smartphone. In addition to a completely revamped design, the new portal includes more real-time information about traffic and Italo’s numerous destinations by train and bus. For more details about trains, users can search by departure and arrival times, by train number, or by looking up the station’s arrivals/departures board. In addition, the “Station” pages have interesting travel advice, with articles in the Italo Blog.
If you experience a delay of between 60 and 119 minutes Italo will automatically compensate you 25% of your ticket price. If the delay is greater than 120 minutes that compensation will amount to 50% of your fare. You will receive notification of any compensation after seven days and no later than 30 days after the journey in question. You will receive a voucher or, if you are a member of Italo Più, you will be credited via your Borsellino Italo. You will receive an email from Italo confirming the compensation and you can also check the status via the “Support” page of italotreno.it.MORE INFORMATIONS
